Matched post 1

The book Matched by Ally Condie is truly amazing. The details in the book was very impressive. Cassia, a young girl who doesn't mind her totalitarian government controlling her life, goes to a matching banquet just like every teenager after they turn 17. The night of her banquet she is nervous because she doesn't know who her match could be. Her nervousness vanishes when she discovers that her match is Xander her best friend she grew up with. Being matched to someone in the same town is uncommon and rare. What is also uncommon is being matched to two people. Days after the banquet Cassia looks at the mircocard of information about Xander. Before it was over another face appears. Someone else she knows and his name is Ky. Now she has to see which on is her true match. Ky or Xander?
